The Ashfields kitchen is fastidiously run by Head Chef and proprietor Paul Hadfield and his team who have a passion for simple, tasty food. For over 25 years, Ashfields has built a superb local and national reputation for consistently excellent dishes.
Over the years, Ashfields has won a host of awards, with the latest being our most treasured – the ITV Central News viewers’ award for The Best Restaurant of the Year.
It goes without saying, but we endeavour to use only the finest, freshest and locally sourced ingredients. Although we’ve been doing this since we first opened, it has become a bit of a cliché, however, we think it’s still worth letting you know.
